Our community is pet-friendly and follows all Kansas City ordinances regarding breed restrictions. Each apartment may have up to two animals per unit. At move-in, a $150 non-refundable pet fee and a $150 refundable pet deposit are required. In addition, there is a $25 monthly pet fee per animal.
